If you live in the United States, and are planning a trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands, you do NOT require a passport? That’s right! You can provide yourself with a tropical vacation without going through the hassle of obtaining a passport if you don’t already have one!
Although a passport makes all travel easier (And we highly recommend you get one!) there is no need to worry about planning a last-minute getaway for you or your family to the Island of St. Croix.
At Gentle Winds, your family can experience all the island has to offer including jet skis, boating, scuba diving, and shell collecting… without having to “shell” out additional dough for putting a rush on a passport.
If you plan on visiting the British Virgin Islands while on your stay, please note that a passport WILL be required. However, if you plan on hanging out or enjoying all that Gentle Winds and St. Croix have to offer, a passport is not required of U.S. Citizens.
